An umbrella term for standard testing formats that use probable-lie or directed-lie comparison questions. Included are the Reid, the MGQT, the Zone Comparison, the Positive Control, Utah, the Arthur, the Quadri-Track, and the Test for Espionage and Sabotage. None of the following are considered CQTs: Relevant/Irrelevant, Peak of Tension, and Concealed Information Tests.
